Notes on the installation and use of tension sensors:
1. Handle tension sensors with care, especially those with small capacity sensors made of alloy aluminum materials. Any drop or impact caused by vibration may result in significant output deviation.
2. When designing and installing the loading device, it is necessary to ensure that the force axis of the tension sensor coincides with the line of action of the loading force, in order to minimize the effects of eccentric and inclined loads.
3. In terms of horizontal adjustment. If a single tension sensor is selected, a level should be used to adjust the installation plane of the base until it is level; If multiple sensors are measured simultaneously, it is important to keep their mounting surfaces on the same horizontal plane as much as possible to ensure that each sensor is subjected to similar forces.
4. Select the range of the tension sensor according to this instruction to determine the rated load of the sensor used.
5. The mounting surface of the sensor base should be as flat and clean as possible, without any oil stains or other substances. The installation base itself should have sufficient rigidity and strength, usually requiring higher strength and rigidity than the sensor itself.
6. To prevent chemical corrosion, it is advisable to apply Vaseline on the outer surface of the tension sensor during installation. The use of the platform should avoid direct sunlight and sudden changes in environmental temperature.
